Shipping policy

We generally ship out within 1-2 business days of order date.  

It is our goal to keep shipping as reasonable as possible, although actual shipping rates are outside of our control. Note that we do offer media rates (usually least expensive), but you should know that these come with some conditions, including no guarantee on arrival (neither we nor the USPS guarantee the product's arrival), longer shipping times (usually within 5 business days but at times longer), and the USPS reserves the right to open and fully inspect the package on its way to you. 

International orders (any order outside of the U.S.) are not guaranteed. While most orders arrive undamaged in a reasonable period of time, there are reports of delays and packages not arriving. We will not offer refunds on orders or shipping outside of the U.S. - it is at the buyer's risk. However, we will do everything we can to help work with the shippers and locate the package.
