Please note that your credit card is processed by our shopping cart system (Shopify). Requests for canceled orders prior to shipping will be processed within 1 business day. However, the actual time for the credit card to be refunded may take up to 10 business days (this is a bank process, not ours).
If already shipped, see the return policy below. A refund will be issued once the item has been received and processed.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will process the return request and give the authorization to return it to us. Please note that it is the responsibility of the sender to pay shipping costs to return anything to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as you can. It is very helpful if you can take photos and send those to us. We package things carefully, but things do happen, unfortunately.
Subscriptions (Oakes Academy)
Subscriptions purchased via RespiratoryBooks.com may take 1-business day to process (so access will not be automatic). Please note that you must provide an email address in order for us to process the subscription. Subscriptions purchased as part of a bundle are usually mailed with the bundle (an access code), unless otherwise requested.
Once you are logged in and using OakesAcademy.com, we can not process a refund.
